Dr. Norith Pohl received his BSc (Eng.) from the Institute of Technology of Cambodia ( ITC) in 1986 and holds MEng and PhD degrees from the ENSEEIHT, Toulouse , France (2002) in the specialised area of Energy and Environment. He is currently Deputy Director General of the Institute of Technology of Cambodia and coordinator of WASO-ASIA at ITC.
